Summary: The proprerty was great with a few minor hiccups but nothing major. We would definitely come back again.

Summary: As one of the most expensive homes on the island, we should not have had the issues we did. We did not have a hot tub for 2 out of our 5 day stay. When we raised concern, owner then claimed hot tub wasn't included, when it was clearly advertised. The elevator, needed for our parents, had an inch of sand on the floor (no one had cleaned).There was confusion when we finally arrived about whether we were even permitted to use the elevator, even though we had confirmed this with the owner before booking. Necessary items throughout the house didn't work or needed maintenance, including the oven which did not work for most of our stay. The private beach in front had construction and storm debris. We cut our foot on a buried piece of metal and there was a cinder block and rusty metal at the shoreline. If I could share photos here I would. We also had poor experience with the mgmt company Shally's. We confirmed our arrival multiple times in the days leading up to our trip. However on check in day, we were left waiting with our group of ten, including elderly parents, kids, luggage and cold groceries in the dirt, for a half hour because they were short on staff. I would encourage prospective renters to look up this property elsewhere and consider any critical reviews carefully. It has great potential but the house needs love, customer service from owner and management company needs big improvement, and the property needs to be checked over and better prepared for arriving guests.

Summary: We went with our small family (10 people) aged 8-67. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and had plenty of rooms and showers to accommodate. There is a nice blackstone to make smash burger. Plenty of fridge space, and an ice maker that came in clutch. The property management team got all of or groceries taken care of even when we ran out. We were extremely impressed with all aspects of the trip.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in the perfect location on the beach and not to mention how beautiful the house was inside. We have been to the Island many times and definitely would recommend staying here to any first time or repeat islanders.

Summary: We had an excellent experience. House came equipped with everything we needed or wanted for our Christmas vacation. Gorgeous ocean views and sunsets. We especially loved playing beach volleyball with the entire family. Lots of space to accommodate groups and well equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. We would definitely recommend!
