Summary: Overall we enjoyed our week on North Captiva Island. We love it there. This is our third time on the island, but first at this house. It is an ok house, but it was not in the best shape. I would not stay again. The inside was ok, but there was a broken window, a broken sliding glass door handle, no towel rack in bedroom, etc. Plenty of space for our group of 10. The problems were also on the grounds- Trash around pool, kayaks messy and in yard, pool sticks broken, missing air hockey puck making that game unusable. The pictures were not accurate. The pool was not completely full until Tuesday of our Sat to Sat stay and there is not a tiki like atmosphere to the pool area.

Summary: ProsBeautiful house. Loved the proximity to the beach. Pool was a very nice perk. Enjoyed the games in the basement. House was clean and beds comfy. Plenty of kitchen cookware and utensils.ConsFrom the hurricane, a lot of fixes still need completed such as fire alarms, wires sticking out, balcony tile sinking and soft, missing cushions for outdoor furniture. Golf carts were not what was on the listing. Only had one. They did bring us a second cart, but it had issues starting. Pool needs some fixes, there was no net to clean debris, and what is said is a hot tub is more a kiddy pool. If you cannot do a lot of stairs, this house isn’t for you. Would I stay here again, absolutely.

Summary: Beautiful house. Loved the location. I didn’t see in description had a second fridge or we would have ordered more food 1st time. We had small kids and bunk beds on the bottom floor was not ideal to leave them so parents had to sleep with them. Really no complaints. If it had a 4th bedroom with a queen I would definitely rent again

Summary: We are a 3 generation family of 6 and Beach Paradise was very comfortable, spacious, and fun for our week’s vacation. The kids loved the pool, air hockey, the golf carts, and ice cream cones at the tiny store. We had several sightings of the dolphins, manatees, and ospreys at their big nest, all a very short golf cart ride from the house. The beach was a very short walk from the house and was quite uncrowded and great for shelling and sunsets. We used the fabulous grill a lot and enjoyed the ping pong table. The pool was great! We did think the hot tub was really more of a kiddie pool. The house was well equipped. Lots of indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces. Great views from the outdoor decks of the Gulf, palm trees, birds, sunrises, sunsets, and stars. Be prepared for lots of stairs but those kept us in shape! Ally and her crew were great, responsive when we needed anything. Overall, it was a great house to spend a memory-making family vacation. North Captiva Island is a special place.

Summary: Golf cart issues yo begin with but got better. Did have to rent another cart. 8 seater is tough to drive and difficult to manuver. Everything else was great! Will stay there again. Great downstairs for kids.

Summary: This was a great place to stay. We loved the beach themed decor, and the spaces for relaxing. The most impressive aspect was that Ally, the property manager was so responsive and always available. She took care of things very quickly, and answered all of our questions. Summary: We were an extended Family of 9. From 12 to 65, this house pleased everyone, the location was perfect and the views, both sunrise and sunset!!!. The Kitchen was fabulous, with plenty of room to prepare and store our groceries. We wanted to dine together and the table allowed for all of us to eat our Christmas meal together. The second refrigerator is a must for a large group, we appreciated all the storage. It's easy to see how beautiful this home is from the pictures and it did not disappoint! The pool and hot tub were used daily, the views was beautiful, amenities were plentiful, from Paddle Boards, to the game soon, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys and games. The focal point was the game space on the first floor! Each Bedroom was stunning, all but one with an attached Bath. We all enjoyed our time together. There is a fantastic Blackstone Hibachi Grill, we used this for Breakfast, Lunches and of course Dinner. This made meals easy to prepare for a large group who wanted verity. From Bacon and Eggs, Burgers, Veggies, Steaks and Blackened Grouper. This grill made all the difference, from ease, preparation and clean-up! We are buying one for our Beach House! Communication was great between owners and property management. Can't wait to return!
