Positive: The location was really good, peaceful but great transport links to everywhere. Good local restaurants and lovely museum opposite. Would love to return in the summer.
Negative: The two single beds at different hights put together was very very uncomfortable. Domestic staff was very attentive and professional, but not all amenities stated where provided.

Positive: The location was amazing, the decor, kitchen facilities and bathroom were great
Negative: When I booked, I had organised an early check in and had confirmation of a 12pm for our arrival, we arrive in Amsterdam at 9am and tried to message the property to reassure that we could still get to the apartment for 12 as we were with all of our bags. Heard nothing from the property until 11:00 when I got a generic email with our app based keys with check in stated as 3pm. So tried again to call and message the property. Just after 12pm we had a reply and our app was updated to a 12pm check in. We arrived at 1pm. Tried to use the app based key to get in, only to be faced with an error message saying that the door failed to open. Rang the number on the app to be told that the lock was out of battery and someone would be around to fix it. 15 minutes later, someone arrived that told us that the battery was fine and it was a fault with the app and all we could do is keep trying it. He let us in with a key card but left us in there with no way of leaving or coming back. After about half an hour he came back with 1 key card for us to use still while saying it was just the apps fault. We was fine with the solution in all despite it taking way too long for a solution and we didn’t get into our room until an hour and a half after our check in time. If it was just that I wouldn’t go to the effort of writing a complaint. But after all that, we go to bed that night and all the blood starts rushing to our heads. The bed was broken in a way that, the bottom too feet were there and the top to feet where your head goes were missing. So the bed was on a 10/12 degree angle! We had to spend the 2 nights sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed to keep blood flow possible. It’s a shame cos it’s a beautiful looking place in an amazing location

Positive: We liked the location and the appartment - was very clean and comfortable. Trams right outside or 25 min walk to Dam Square.Very good shower.
Negative: We were a couple and the kitchen was lacking in the essentials eg. Only 1 wine glass, 2 forks and only 1 knife, 3 potato peelers 🤣 no tea cloth or drainer - there was a dishwasher which was a little pointless because there was insufficient crockery/utensils etc. No hot water in the sink in WC.
