Positive: The scenery is breathtaking. Overall everything was fine only that our room, maybe there's something wrong with the aircond. The temperature of the aircond suddenly feels so hot at night but it was bearable. Nevertheless we still enjoyed our stay there. Their staff were friendly and we received excellent services from them. Tiptop.

Negative: The aircond in our room. Cant adjust the temperature so its kinda hot at night but its bearable. Just that my husband sleeps with sweats because its hot we dont know why. Trying to adjust the temperature but somehow it just cant work. (Room 4023).

Summary: Excellent. Tiptop. Will definitely come again for staycation.

Positive: A perfect place to go with small kids in kuching. My 3 years old enjoyed so much at the kids swimming pool and the beach is just right at the front of the resort. The staffs are very friendly and the room with pool access is just perfect.

Negative: Very friendly staffs, we enjoyed the trip so much.

Positive: Lovely comfortable bed and beautiful view from the terrace. The swimming pool was exceptional and so was the breakfast. The hotel is located in a beautiful lagoon.

Negative: The hotel requires 200 ringitt of deposit for each night - we stayed here 4 nights and we were required to give 800 ringitt of deposit on the top of the room cost. This was not included in the room description when I booked, which I found a bit annoying.

Negative: Only one restaurant and extremely slow and a bit chaotic (everyone ate not at the same time, main courses served with starters …) The food was tasty !
