Positive: The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The ambience was peaceful and I love the private pool overseeing the mountain.

Negative: Food at the restaurant could definitely be improved though. I’d rate it 3/5

Positive: The location, the privacy it offers, the ever-changing landscape at different times of the day i.e. when it's low tide, you suddenly see many trees in front of your villa, the calm surrounding, the aura of mystery with the magnificent Santubong just beside it.

Negative: The location is not available in Grab so need yo send additional message to the driver to inform your location.

Positive: We enjoyed our 2 days at Cocoon

Negative: I would have stated Yes for one of the Bonus question on the price i paid. This was with reference to bfast as it was just to simple for the price we paid. As i understand you opened in Mac25, but there is a need to improve yr bfast spread. Our 1st day there were no eggs.

Summary: Overall a beautiful experience for both of us. Will surely consider visit again. Kudos to yr staff.

Positive: Unmatched mountain panoramas from a private terrace or pool are perfect for relaxation and sunrise/sunset moments. Besides that, the room is quite spacious and comfortable layout for honeymooners which includes a freestanding bath and separate living space. The peaceful setting that lets us wake up to the nature instead of city noise. I was so impressed with the modern amenities and personalized service ensure a soothing stay.
