Other Policy From 1st january 2023, a tourist tax of rm 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. guests with a valid malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents my pr card are exempted. please note that guests checking in must be 18 and above, a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 years old and below are allowed in each room, should there be any extra person , the resort will impose extra charges at rm 150 net ( adult ) and rm 90nett ( children aged 12 years and below ) , all rooms are nonsmoking rooms however guest may smoke at the designated smoking area provided by hotel, a penalty fee of rm 500.00 net will be imposed if guest found smoking in the room, no outside food and drink allowed to be brought in to the hotel and guest also advise not to bring any electrical appliances e.g rice cooker / induction cooker into the hotel for safety reasons.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: Beautiful location with beach and mountains. Spectacular sunset. Hilltop swimming pool was very nice. Comfortable beds.

Negative: The room felt dated and lacked any warmth or charm. The numerous laminated notices listing rules and fines for every possible misstep didn’t help make the stay feel more pleasant, though this seems to be fairly common in Malaysia. One thing that surprised us was the extra charge for bedding for the pull-out bed, especially since they expected 4 guests.

Positive: I loveeeee the breakfast and environment. The staff as well, they were really nice.

Negative: The floor trap for bathroom 109 is too high which caused the floor remains wet all the time.

Positive: Location ist nice, staff is nice excluding the reception. Breakfast is good (the asian selection)

Negative: Gym Not available, bathroom dodgy and very old Like 2 Star Standard. Many areas are falling apart and there is no maintainance. No wifi. The worst is that No one cares or feels responsible. Very sad as the Location and parts of the Hotel have so much potential
