Positive: I had room 3, which is on the top floor and has a neat little roof terrace. The room was spacious, great bathroom, comfy bed, nice tea and coffee supplies and both still and sparkling water in the fridge.

Negative: The stairs are quite tight (especially coming down) and there's no lift. I didn't mind that one bit, but for anyone unable to climb lots of small stairs it might be too much of a challenge.

Positive: In the old city, walkable distance to all attractions. beware - this is a boutique hotel on top of greenhouse. reception is open when greenhouse is open - usually from 10-5, some days from 12 to 5. other time you use a code sent to you to get in the building - side door. Very clean room, handled with care, very friendly owner. They helped us with the bags up and downstairs . It is fun and very suitable for a young couple, but may be dangerous for older visitors. The room we had was on 2 levels, steep stairs up and down from exit to the room, Bathroom and the bed are on different levels - twisting stairs to get to the bathroom. Bathroom is very clean, good water pressure, good shower, Coffee and tea, refrigerator in the room, all very good.

Negative: fun authentic and perfect for a young mobile person, may be hazard for older couples - twisting stairs to the room, twisting stairs to the bathroom.

Summary: very nice , worked well for us. you have to be careful with stairs.

Negative: The property, although advertised as one room is actually on two separate floors. The access up to the room is via extremely steep stairs and the descent from the hall to the bedroom is very steep if not dangerous. This property is not suitable for the young or aged
