Positive: This is a very nice and cute apartment, yes, it is small, but very cozy, with many lighting options inside, everything is very comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, a nice terrace near the canal, located in the heart of the city, a very friendly owner, we liked everything, we would be happy to stay there again

Positive: Brilliant location, and great welcome. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. It was lovely to sit outside by the canal for breakfast and after a busy day exploring.

Positive: I booked this accommodation with my boyfriend to spend the night in Utrecht after a concert at Tivoli Vredenburg. The property is close to the train station so we didn't have to walk long to find it. We were greeted by a friendly host who showed us around the property. Though it is not a big accommodation, it is very complete with everything you might need. There were also drinks in the fridge. Because it was so close to the concert venue we had plenty of time to explore the area and have dinner in the inner city. We slept good, we had no issues with noises from nightlife etc (though I have to say we went on a Wednesday). It is a cosy room in a beautiful location, perfect for people who want to explore Utrecht! I would definitely book this again!

The private area overlooking the Oudegracht canal is ideal for relaxing evenings watching boats pass by. The place was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and the host was warm and welcoming, greeting me with a drink upon arrival. Keep in mind it's centrally located, so expect some city buzz. The historic building has charming quirks like a compact shower, but these minor details hardly detract from its wonderful atmosphere and excellent location. Highly recommended!
