Positive: The hosts are very friendly and help me while I stay. They have a very clean room and tasty breakfast including homemade mamarade. There are a mile away from the railroad station, but I strongly recommend the hotel for a rest.

Positive: The hosts were so kind and welcoming and friendly; it felt like staying with family, in beautiful, heartwarmingly decorated house rather than at a faceless hotel. I will make an excuse to visit Lincoln again, just to stay with these lovely people. Thank you, Ian & Anna (PS: THE COOKIES!!!!!)

Positive: Beautiful room with lots of charm and character. Inclusion of bath robe was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was lovely and prepared by Ian and Anna while you wait. The homemade oat cookies are superb. But by far the best assets are the hosts themselves. I know it's a cliche but I really was made to feel at home they are so friendly and welcoming
