Positive: Phil & Jo are the perfect hosts. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we have booked a 3rd already. This is pure luxury. Everything you need is here. They have thought about everything! It's peaceful, there's places to visit, which are just a stone throw away. Communication with the hosts is brilliant. They are very attentive, without being invasive. The fishing lake is right there as you sit with your morning brew, just so tranquil. Each time we have been, there has been lovely little surprise welcome gifts. Those little touches are just amazing 👏🏼 Phil & Jo have got it so right.

Positive: The lodge was amazing in every way. Very high quality of furnishings and decor. The outdoor space was gorgeous, even in the rain as it was covered so you could sit out regardless. Hot tub was fab with lovely solar lights draped around. Well equipped with everything you could need and more. Master bedroom stunning with balcony to sit out , all bedrooms were amazing tho. Generous welcome gifts, dressing gowns / slippers for all, just the extra touch which made the whole thing feel luxurious.
