Positive: The Coach House is in a lovely quiet location on a working farm in the fens. The place is fantastically well equipped with a lovely welcome basket. The WiFi is super fast, allowing remote working. The place is cosy and warm with plenty of hot water. There are views out the back to water birds on the lake, space for a dog and lovely walks in the area. The owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Positive: The owners were lovely, which is always a good start. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very well taken care of. The beds in particular were a very pleasant surprise. Extremely comfortable. No detail has been missed, or skimped on. Would recommend.

Positive: Everything was lovely and clean. All rooms were spacious and the kitchen had all you needed for self catering. Beds were really comfortable too.

Negative: You cannot open windows so if it is warm you can only open the front door and use fans (which are supplied)

Positive: Absolutely amazing location. Lots of wildlife Inc deer and geese. Also former RAF Metheringham on the doorstep. Of particular interest to me. You can drive down the old runway where Lancaster bombers once flew. The coach house is lovely lots of room and comfortable. Good for dogs.

Positive: Beautiful coach house in a great location to explore Lincolnshire. Extremely clean, welcoming hosts, comfy beds and chairs, and the roll top bath is just the best bath I’ve ever had. Great accommodation choice for a family.
