Situated in rural Lincolnshire and just a ten minute drive from the bustling city of Lincoln with its history, shops and nightlife. As you approach along a country lane you will see that the barns have been sympathetically designed to fit comfortably into the rural landscape with an attractive quality finish and spacious private gardens. Your outdoor hot shower, huge swim spa and eating area are completely private and provide the perfect area for relaxing with friends and family. There is a large gas barbecue for times when you want to enjoy informal meals together. Field Maple Barn has views across farmland and the country style garden. One pet is welcome in this barn.
When you enter the barn from the garden, through the bifold doors you know you are on holiday. The contemporary, spacious and comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming. Interior design is a sumptuous luxe style. The kitchen is very well-stocked to accommodate ten people and has everything you need from the washer-dryer to the drinks cooler and coffee machine. There is a large dining area and spacious yet cosy seating area around the log burner. Logs are provided for your stay. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All bedrooms are individually styled and en suite.

Summary: We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay with the family. The owner Natalie was always on the end of the phone if we needed her. We stayed in Field Maple Barn, it was really spacious & it was equipped with everything we needed.

Summary: We booked this amazing place for my sisters hen do, she wanted a chilled one and it offered us everything we wanted. There were 9 girls in the party. On arrival, we were directed towards the property. As I opened the door, the beauty of it really blew me away. Everything is done to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and we loved having an en-suite in every room, the kitchen/living area is a very good size and was great for socialising. We got our dancing shoes on, sang numerous karaoke songs and played games. The sound bar and smart TV really helped with this. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and we were in it late into the night. The size of the property and the land mean that it feels exclusive to you. We didn’t venture out as we wanted to enjoy the property and all it had to offer. We ordered a Chinese for one of the nights and it was beautiful. There is a guide book to the property - telling you how to order any takeaway/afternoon tea/pub grub. The hosts provide a hamper on arrival with snacks, drinks (tea/coffee) which is very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back later in the year. I would highly recommend booking.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic stay at Field Maple Barn. We stayed as a group of 5, and there was a perfect amount of space for us, and probably plenty more! Hot tub and log burner make for brilliant additions to the property. We had a few days in the local area, with lots to do in Lincoln, a zoo nearby, as well as lots of lovely walks in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Summary: From the moment of booking, Natalie was helpful and informative and this continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The barn itself was beautiful, so well presented and thought out and the extra little touches such as the welcome pack made our stay. We hope to return soon.

Summary: What a fantastic weekend we had, everything was so perfect. The barns them self are out of this world, but the little personal touches were what made it so special. Champagne glasses and a bottle presented on arrival, a homemade cake, robes, slippers etc. The hot tubs were fantastic and the barns had so much space and each so unique. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for a fab stay!!

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights travelling as 3 couples. The barn was beautifully presented and had the wow factor! All of the rooms are decorated to a very high standard and had everything you could think of needing and more for a self catering holiday! Hot tub was well used and we enjoyed our evenings chilling out in it! We’ve been spoilt now and these barns won’t be beaten, so much so we are already looking at coming back!

Summary: From the moment we got there to the moment we left it was absolutely amazing .. the worse thing I could say about the place is us having to leave .. Each morning the place was cleaned and the hot tub topped up and clean.. local Chinese was beat food I’ve ever ate , shop and pub in a mile or so of location.. 10/10 and already looking to go back
