Bienvenidos a Cozumel, the pristine Caribbean island where the scenery is impeccable, the scuba-diving is second to none, and the outstanding times are a dime a dozen.
During your stay, you might find yourself enjoying sparkling sunsets from Residencias' private beach, from the comfy chairs on your balcony, or from the exclusive rooftop patio, all of which this one bedroom, one bath unit, provides you access.
Located on San Francisco beach, Residencias Reef consists of four condo complexes that surround two heated pools.
Our unit, rests on the second floor terrace that overlooks the pool and beach, pointing directly at the spot where the sun sets.
The condo is fully furnished and ready for you to stay comfortably as long as your heart desires.
There are a few beach club restaurants within walking distance of the condo, although they tend to close up shop once the cruise ship crowds head out in the afternoons.

Summary: It was a perfect vacation for our family of 4! Susan (the owner) was informative from the beginning and provided a delightful food basket ready at our arrival. The condo itself was beautiful—great view of the ocean and nicely furnished. Our boys (7 & 9) happily slept on the provided blow up mattress, and we slept great in the comfortable bed. We visited during a less busy time of year (late October) and frequently had the beach and the pool to ourselves. The condo is in the perfect location—away from the business of the town/cruise ships unloading but a short drive for when you want to go in for activities, food, etc. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We arranged for a home cooked meal when we arrived, which we highly recommend, especially if your flight gets in on the later side. We will definitely be looking to go back as soon as we can! There’s so much to do and see in Cozumel, and this was the ideal place for it!

Summary: A fantastic location some distance away from the main downtown area of Cozumel. The grounds are well cared for and there is a front gate to keep anyone out not expected. The apartment has anything you could require for a long stay, it's well maintained, cared for, comfortable and relaxing. There is an immediate sea view off the balcony which would be difficult to get bored of. The host Susan was very patient with my questions leading into the stay and came back promptly to everything I asked. The condo manager Luis was available when needed and the mid week clean was performed to a high standard. Points of note - the kitchen area has pretty much any utensil you could need, we had a small accident with the coffee pot, offered to pay for a replacement and were told not to worry about it. The shower is wonderful with great pressure and lots of space being an open style. The bedroom and bed is very large, plenty of drawers and cupboards for storage of clothes. Internet was rock solid and fast, decent TV and apps available. There is an assortment of snorkelling gear in the apartment for use. The beach directly in front of the complex is ok for swimming but doesn't offer a lot in the way of snorkelling opportunities. Also note that the nearby beach club means that on cruise days, there will be jetskis/wave runners back and forth in front of the beach past the buoys all day. You tune it out but worth mentioning - it in no way detracts from the overall stay. We will be back!!!
