Positive: Great place for family’s with children. The little water park was a huge hit with my 8 year old and even my 14 year old. The beach is very clean with lot of shady or sunny places at the beach to sit with a great view. There is a place right across the street to rent a car or grab a taxi. They also have the most incredible hibachi restaurant.

Positive: Beach was very clean and it was with white sand. Sea was amazing, it was always calm (in conrast to Cancun or Tulum) Room was fine, beds were comfortable. Hamac at the balcony was very good. Oriental Restaurant (asian food) was the best restaurant overall. Night shows were fine in general, we liked the rock band most.

Negative: We didn't like the food, the options were very less and poor quality. Same goes for drinks. There was no Coca Cola. Even one day there was no lime and mint, so no mojitos :( Some days, room cleaning was late (around 15:00) Long queue during check-in..

Negative: The food is not so good, low staffed. Dinning room was very hot.

Summary: We enjoyed the beach, but there are a lot of opportunities to improve for the hotel.

Positive: The property is clean. They provide snacks in between meals. They provide three course meals during the day for the likes of kids and adults. They have entertainment for adults as well as children. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Spa, scuba diving. Hair braiding, tennis courts, night club are all at the hotel.

Negative: The only down side is that the restaurant for lunch and dinner is a bit warm. I felt bad for the cooks who were frying things. Maybe putting fans for them, would be nice.

Summary: Great staff, was entertained throughout the day and fun for the whole family

Negative: Not a place to rest. There is always some loud music or entertainment in the pool and beach area. Come to this placenif you want sunset to be spoiled by loud uncultured music.
