Summary: We visited with a group of 9 adult couples and had a fabulous time! Not only was the home amazing, the staff made it over the top! Jorge, Chi Chi, Mario, Daniel & many more helpful and friendly faces. We were impressed by the food and plenty of drinks. Entertainment package add on was fabulous (break dancers, mariachi band, sax player and more). They coordinated everything including all transportation. Highly recommended!

Summary: I had high hopes and high expectations that the reviews I read about Private Paradise Cozumel were correct. My expectations were exceeded beyond belief. The property is stunning, spacious, extremely well appointed, safely designed (especially for kids) and FUN! We loved the water slide, endless pool, the swim up bar and the palapas. What really stood out for us was the staff – they were incredible. In addition, the entertainment blew us away. Everyone in our group said it was by far the best vacation they have ever had and when can we go back! A special thank you to Pascal, Daniel, Jorge and Pancho! We miss you already.

Summary: This was the most amazing vacation we’ve had. The house is unbelievable and beautiful, but what makes this place so perfect is the staff. We had every need catered to each day, and they are all such wonderful people. The food was out of this world! We tried to come up with something they could improve on but can’t think of a thing! We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: The property is truly breathtaking! It is exactly how it looks in all the photos. The house is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the all staff went above and beyond with anything and everything you can imagine and would hope for. If you are looking to relax and not have to think about your next move, this is the place to be. The only thing to take into consideration is if you are vacationing with elderly people. There are a lot of stairs in the house and there are no bedrooms on the first floor, all the bedrooms are on the second and third floors. So this is just something to keep in mind. But this place really is fabulous, there is nothing negative to say about it. It is truly an outstanding property. And all the food was so delicious, there was definitely no shortage there. I would recommend this property for family, for friends, for big groups or small groups, it can accommodate all parties. I cannot say enough great things about this property and hope to go back.

Summary: Celebrated our 45th anniversary with children and grandchildren in a truly wonderful place. The staff and accommodations were great, from the moment we arrived to our departure. They were informative and strived to meet our every whim. They constantly offered no pressure options to improve our stay. Every meal was delicious and delightfully served with pride.

Summary: Incredible property, cant say enough good things about the property and the staff to describe our experience. Alan was very communicative throughout the whole booking process, then handed us off to Daniel and Pascal for the on Island communication and ammenity selections. Both gentlement are first class individuals who will treat you like gold. Jorge, Panchito and Reinna handled the food and beverages with top shelf charm and technique. You will be absolutley spoiled by everyone at Private Paradise. We had a live band come in one night, a dj another.. Just an amazing experience all around.

Summary: Believe me when I tell you, this place is the REAL DEAL! It's like having your own luxury All-Inclusive vacation, with only your friends and family. We went with 4 couples, and there were more staff attending to our needs, than there were guests on the property! Not to mention, every meal was perfectly prepared, made to order, and cleaned up, so you don't have to do anything! From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything single aspect of our trip was perfectly prepared. Daniel & Pascal planned every excursion to our exact specifications, even sending Jorge along with us to make sure everything went smoothly! (imagine booking a day charter, and having your own personal butler go with you!) Jorge and Poncho were always ready with drinks and snacks, and Rena was ready everything morning with made to order breakfast! The location and property were amazing, but the staff really made this trip special. Can't wait to go back and take our children!
