Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and location. Overall we loved the house and would book again. Beautiful home great location. Floors could have been cleaner. Pest control showed up twice to spray inside the home while we had a small child and pets- no notification of exterminator visit was given.

Summary: This was a wonderful, well appointed home that had everything we needed to make our time there memorable. The attached suite was perfect for our family. It was obvious that much thought and care went into trying to anticipate the guests needs. It was the simple things that made the home special. We loved the different games and there were plenty of beach towels and beach gear. The home is directly across the street from the pool. The pool was a huge hit and much needed alternative to the beach. (I’ll say more about that later.). We encountered a couple minor issues but the rental company and owner were quick in their response and made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond! Now the beach…. There is a short boardwalk off the pool area that goes towards the beach. Unfortunately it only goes to the edge of the property. It does not continue to the beach. We found it extremely arduous to navigate the walk to the actual beach area. We had 5 adults and two small children and all the gear needed for a day at the beach. Even those who were in good shape found it to be hard walking through the terrain. With carrying children and dragging beach carts full of gear, it was almost too much and sadly limited our time spent on the beach. That in and of itself would keep us from going back to the area. It would be our recommendation that Windmark put in a wood boardwalk directly to the beach to alleviate this issue.

Summary: Great new house that is right across the street from a spacious well-maintained community pool and a short walk to the beach. Nice location on windmark beach between St Joe Beach and the town of Port St Joe. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and games. We very much enjoyed our stay!
