If you want relaxation and comfort, this is the home for your vacation stay. It's just far enough away from town for peace and tranquility, and yet close enough to the Arroyo Grande Village to pop in for a nice dinner, cocktail or just to stroll around and see the sights.
This is the perfect home to gather with those you love. It's privately tucked away and very unique.
Talley Vineyards is less than 3 miles away and provides a gorgeous setting to enjoy their lovely wine with family and friends. Plus do not forget the other hundred or more wineries that surround our area.
San Luis Obispo is a short drive, either on hwy 101, or we generally take the back road which gets you there in about 13 minutes. If you are in the mood for some outstanding food, SLO is the place to go. And don't forget about our charming downtown. It's clean and just a fun place to hangout for a day or two.
Pismo Beach is only a 7 mile drive as well and offers many activities to choose from. My favorite is simply waking each morning and taking the short drive to walk along the beach and take in the gorgeous views.
The AG Village is really coming into it's own in regards to food in the last few years. We have many wonderful restaurants to choose from. They also have several antique stores, as well as retail shopping.
Avila Beach is only a 15-20 minute drive and offers outstanding views and some very intense hiking trails. If you like to hike, this is the community for you. Between Arroyo Grande to Morro Bay, we offer many different hikes from easy to difficult. Most with stunning views of our coast and surrounding mountains.
Our pool is solar heated, so it is dependent on the weather. So the best time to visit and use the pool is approximately from May to October. The spa is propane heated and can be enjoyed all year long.

Summary: Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house is on the top of a hill and feels very secluded. Nice pool and volleyball court. The house was fully stocked with everything we could want/need. Definitely recommend!!

Summary: Wonderful place. They have everything you could want or need. Just bring your clothes and food and you are set. We used the volleyball court, cornhole, fire pit, pool, jacuzzi and board games. The kitchen is stocked and has 2 refrigerators. Great time, highly recommend.

Summary: This property was unbelievable. There were 9 of us and we had such fun; the pool and spa that over looked the valley, the spacious house full of games, Netflix that I didn’t have to use my code, fully stocked kitchen (example- every spice you could need, and many coffees available), comfy beds, extra blankets, and more than one roll of toilet paper. If you have rented houses you understand what I mean about the toilet paper. This house is close to everything; beaches, wineries, parks, and so much more, I have stayed in many different houses; Hawaii, Ventura, Big Bear, Utah, Palm Springs, and Montana and this home is the best one of all. Believe all reviews. You won’t be sorry. We were sad to leave. Thank you Tina for sharing your lovely home with us.

Summary: This hilltop home was a beautiful place for us to gather for the weekend. We were very comfortable indoors and out. Our grandchildren enjoyed the giant sandpit (volleyball court) and the pool. The view is stunning! We would definitely stay in this lovely home again.

Summary: Property is a jewel overlooking a valley, with beautiful views out nearly every window. Home is open with a large gathering space, a large heated pool and spa, and was one of our favorite places to have visited with family. Hosts are wonderful people - very welcoming and accommodating to us. Would love to stay here again!

Summary: This house does not disappoint with its great view overlooking a very nice pool and spa. I found myself the first evening, sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and a wonderful valley view that stretches for miles, sipping a glass of local wine. Check in was easy and well organized, there was a binder on the kitchen counter that had answers to just about any question. The house was very clean and organized just like the pictures on the website. This was a great house for our family get together of 10 (ages 15 to 80). It was spacious with plenty of seating areas for everybody. The house is in a quiet area and has a very good feeling about it with birds and butterflies abounding. Tina and Jeff were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions that we had. No house is perfect, but this one did not disappoint.

Summary: We had an amazing time. I booked the place for my family. This place was excellent. We had 9 kids and they couldn’t get enough of the pool and volleyball court. The master suite was spacious and set up very nice. The whole house had a very welcoming vibe and the owner was great. We texted back and forth and she was ver responsive. We didn’t have any problems the whole weekend we were there. I would 100% recommend this place to families or a big group.
