Positive: We were very impressed by the bell service and front office. Staffs were very helpful and friendly but most impressive would be the housekeeping. The room and bathroom were so well cleaned with our toiletries so tastefully and artfully arranged. Very pretty and attentive to details. Thank you so much!

Negative: A bit of a walk to the hotel lobby from our drop off point. We alighted at the COD countdown from the shuttle service.

Positive: This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. From the time I checked in till we left we felt nothing but welcomed and looked after. We booked the cheapest room in the hotel but we still treated as a King and Queen. Every staff member went the extra mile to make sure our experience was perfect. From the room tour to the turn down service. This place is truly a five star dream. Overlooking the Coati strip No hidden surprises. Thank you to all the staff. Patrick - Bell Man who took us to the shuttle area. Thanks so much. And to the other staff who showed us the room. Sorry I forgot the name. If you want an unforgettable experience don't wait. This is the hotel for you.

Negative: Nothing really. The breakfast was.kre catered to Asian tastes. But still and exceptional experience. So even though it didn't suit my tastes the staff and the restaurant were excellent.
