Summary: Nice designed hotel, staff are friendly & helpful, food was average. Not overly great for kids, Kids playroom requires long sleeve and long pants to enter & play!! BUT if you don't have them we have them for sale! lol There are much better family friendly alternatives such as the Parisian without all the weird rules. Apart from that it was ok.

Summary: A very enjoyable stay for a weekend break. The staff was helpful and friendly. We’ve got of an upgrade to a suite. It’s very clean, comfy and came with a nice view. Amenities provided were of high quality. We liked the outdoor pool a lot. The gym was well equipped. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes.

Summary: Great location. Nice room with living room area. Lots of dining options downstairs. Love the club on 37th floor. We booked room with club access which includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner! Great combo.

Summary: The swimming pool is great. However, the opening hour should be a bit earlier let say 7:15 or 7:30. The steam room also can start around 7:30 because it require an hour to run as well

Summary: Amazing! They provided an additional bed for our daughter. The bedroom was spacious, had a corner sofa and table. Huge, luxurious bathroom. Great views. And very quiet at night, even though it was right in the middle of casino land. Staff was amazing, going over and beyond. As we were only staying for two nights, we didn’t want room cleaning (to not have to tidy up our things), so let the” do not disturb” sign on all day. So they called us in the evening to check if we needed anything.
