Negative: Booked two rooms and only one room was able to be checked in on time. Had to wait for the other room. Check out time was also earlier compared to some other hotels.

Positive: This was my second destination after Shanghai. The hotel in Macau is so welcoming and the staff are cooperative at all times. The level of communication, room service, restaurants, and others are great. I will return the visit to the hotel. And I would like to thank the general manager of the hotel who managed his team well and makes it a different experience for the hotel guests.

Negative: Nothing, all was great.
