Our luxurious duplex 2 bedroom lofthouse apartment is situated in the heart of the city on the pedestrianised High St, with all the shops, restaurants and bars only metres away and right next to the cobbled street of Steep Hill which leads up to the historic Castle & Cathedral. The apartment has been newly modernised and each large bedroom has it`s own ensuite with double shower cubicles, also a spacious open plan lounge diner for you to unwind in and fully equipped kitchen with all built in appliances.
The apartment has everything you need. The fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster coffee maker, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, cutlery,, plates , cups and glasses. We also supply you with bath and hand towels, shampoos, shower gels and a hairdryer. The apartment is situated on the first floor please be aware that there are some stairs to climb.
The apartment in right in the centre of Lincoln City, so no need for a car although there are car parks close by.. All the shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, wine bars and historic sites are right on the doorstep. There is also a Tesco Express only 20 metres away.

Summary: Really lovely city centre appartment. Very well equipped. Owner was very helpful and informative. A few lights need attention and in the top bathroom the shower leaks after it is turned off and several door and window handles need tightening, just very minor things but best dealt with before they get worse. I totally recommend staying here
