Positive: Location was in a quiet area. The owner left good instruction for us. There was ample space to relax and eat meals. Beata was very responsive when we needed information.

Negative: The stairs were a bit difficult to go up and down. In the kitchen there could be a towel for drying and a dish rag to wipe the table with. The shower was good but the faucet made a loud whining noise. The parking space was good but a tight fit to get in and out of.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and it was stress free with this property.

Positive: It suited our needs, two bedrooms, close to relatives, dogs could stay and access to a garden.

Negative: Renovations need completing, fixtures, and fittings that are broken or not working properly, need to be repaired, and curtains that fit the size of the windows, needed. THIS is a first-floor flat, and the steps are quite steep (no handrail)

Positive: It was comfortable, clean and had all the home comforts we needed. Parking was a bonus and easy access to public transport and shops.

Negative: Blackout blinds would have been appreciated to help keep the early morning light out. The area may also not be for everyone.

Positive: It's perfect location, property was nice, cosy and comfortable, and host shown extra care and created folder with recommendations, which was a nice touch.

Negative: You could see smudges of half baked cleaning on furniture, It looked like somebody cleaned one spot on the surface rather whole surface, with dirty cloth, or just with wet cloth that left smudges that actually made it look dirty. Some surface still had fingerprint marks. Additionally one of the bed had hair on them, with extremely strong perfume sprayed on them which made me believe that it wasn't washed after previous people, which was uncomfortable. Also perfume smell was too intense. Also the way the property was painted in bedrooms was really poor and it decreased impression on such a lovely property further. Overall nice and cosy but attention to details could be better.
