Summary: House was fully loaded with anything you could really need besides perishable items and some personal but otherwise, it had pretty much everything we could use. Daniel had things set up for us and ready to go before we got there and the house smelled great and was clean. Check in and out was super easy and Daniel had great response time.

Summary: House was perfectly located near major highway, beach, and Mayo Clinic was an easy drive. Close to shopping and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Daniel was a great host, responsive and friendly. And the best part… cold AC and great ceiling fans. Great value! Will stay again.

Summary: We had a family wedding in Jacksonville and this rental was a great respite from the busyness of family members. Our host has a very well supplied rental and is attentive to extras. He was also a good communicator and doesn’t demand extra check out procedures. We would book again
