Summary: Great location, big, well-appointed kitchen, clean, comfortable, first rate all around. We spent every minute there on the enclosed balcony, with our coffee in the morning (before a long walk on the beach) & with a glass of wine in the evening. If only there were hooks in the bathrooms for towels & robes, it would be total perfection!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views were exactly what we wanted, the access to the beach is fantastic, and it’s quite upgraded - which was a nice touch. The AC works great! We love the enclosed patio and spent quite a few hours enjoying the weather from there. Jax beach is an underrated destination in my opinion, and we’d happily visit again.

Summary: We wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy each other’s company with no distractions. Your condo was exactly what we hoped for! The temperature was a bit too cold for us to enjoy walks on the beach, but we certainly took advantage of the sounds and smells of the ocean by opening the sliding doors on the outside patio. We spent many hours there reading and ocean watching. Restaurants were very convenient and very reasonably priced. If we come back to Jacksonville again, this is a property we would certainly try to rent.
