Summary: Host was accommodating and flat was walking distance to Royal Mile and had great views of Arthur’s Seat. Only issue is it’s a third floor flat without an elevator/lift so be prepared to carry luggage. If you are sleeping in the living room on the pullout, there is street noise. Bedroom is quiet

Summary: Street noise in living room made it difficult to sleep and cigarette smoke from adjacent apartment came right through walls. Hard to keep shower water from leaking onto floor. However, view from bedroom was nice and instructions for check in were clear and helpful.
