On entering the property you are immediately greeted by a spacious living room and dining room/kitchen on different levels. The lounge hosts ample sofa seating which faces large glass windows framing the impressive ocean views. Should you require something else to view, it also accommodates a large wall mounted TV. A generous size dining table fit for a banquet also complements the room.
Progressing through, a large dining area next to the kitchen welcomes families and friends alike - also with flat screen TV.
The kitchen; with all modern appliances is clean, spacious and airy.
To the right of the dining area are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double room hosts a large bed with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning for those warm Canarian nights.

Summary: Our family of six adults stayed in Cascada33 beginning of December, after more than twenty years staying in villas in Lanzarote I can safely say that this is one of the best, facilities were great, the location was perfect a nice easy walk into the town, warm pool, spotless on arrival and great staff who responded immediately when my husband messed up the safe instructions! Not forgetting the wonderful Rituals toiletries! Would highly recommend and hopefully will return - thank you!

Summary: We had a wonderful week in the villa which is perfectly located within walking distance of the local bars & restaurants and the walkway along the seafront. The welcome pack & household essentials were much appreciated as was the heated pool! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We were a group of 7 - four adults and three kids. Arrival at the Villa was great, The welcome pack was lovely and colouring packs for the kids were well received. The villa itself is stunning and much bigger than the photos… the pool and the outdoor area is the show stopper, absolutely amazing. We rarely left the villa is the first week as it was so nice to spend time there! The kitchen had everything that you could think of needing. Every staff member we met throughout the stay was lovely and so helpful. Location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town through a shortcut. We can’t wait to go back sometime and would highly recommend it to a bigger family of two families combined. So much space! Thanks again team BeunaVilla

Summary: Four years in the making. From when we first booked and the cancellations due to covid we finally got our Villa holiday and it was all and more then we envisioned. Apart from the 5am cockerel alarm we had the best time. We all thought the villa was even better than the pictures. We used the recommended transfers and again they were great. Thank you for everything
