Summary: There was a weird banging noise throughout the night from behind our AC/TV; still can make sense of why. The curtains wouldn’t close so we had to sleep with them open. The towels smelled used. The entire lobby smells like sewage.

Summary: This was a perfect hotel while visiting Machu Picchu city and prepping for the hike up Montana Machu Picchu. The staff was very hospitable and grateful for our visit. Accommodation were excellent

Summary: The SPA is not good, water is not hot. Toilet room has huge noisy from the exhausted fan, and the Toilet water not coming to tank automatically. need to open the tank cover and touch it. No slipper with cold floor. No heater. only A/C. two stars hotel.

Summary: Immediately upon walking into the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly staff providing coca tea for our light altitude sickness. There was air conditioning as well as great water pressure in the shower. The hotel sits along the train tracks so be sure to reserve a river view room for a little more quietness

Summary: Nice staff and very helpful. Super friendly service. They offered to take our luggage to the train station and showed us the town briefly and even how to get to Machu Picchu. Overall very great experience.

Summary: After we booked, the hotel contacted us & said they would meet us at the train station to escort us over to the property, which I thought was very thoughtful & such a great service to provide to arriving guests. We arrived & a person from the hotel had a sign with our names, & offered to carry our luggage on a cart over to the hotel, which again, such a nice & thoughtful service to provide. We arrived & were given welcome drinks. The general manager greeted us, & was nice enough to upgrade our room to a beautiful suite overlooking the river, because it was our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful, cozy, and had gorgeous views of the river. Everything was perfect and the staff, especially Maylin & Alcides, were so nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Diana at the front desk checked us in, and she was very sweet and friendly. The location is great - close to the PeruRail train station, and only a few minutes from the bus stop for Machu Picchu.
