Positive: Such a cute little house/apartment, in a great location. The host was available by text, and very friendly and helpful. We had the apartment with a patio and jacuzzi, BBQ, which was great. The house was very clean and charming!

Negative: My only mini complaint is that the patio and outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs. I'm sure it's hard to keep up, especially in the summer, but a little web wipe down would have been great.

Positive: proximity to beach and restaurants nice enclosed back deck easy to find kitchen seemed well stocked although we didn’t do any cooking owner very quick to respond pet friendly

Negative: tiny bathroom sink that you’d bump your head on above cabinet, no counter top or useable mirror in the bathroom shower door leaked so floor got wet; had to put a towel down to prevent it from getting wet second bedroom bed uncomfortable. twin mattresses put together so crease and bar were right in the middle of your lower back. mattress pad had stains on it house was cold and hard to heat (fireplace instructions should be posted) tv remotes weren’t user friendly (instructions would have been nice)
