Summary: Always love Carpinteria…the quaintness, the people, the vibe. We come here often since my Mom lives in Santa Barbara and we thoroughly enjoyed Playa’s lodging. The decor is beautifully appointed compared to other rentals, they stock everything you need, the gas fireplace was great!! Location, location, location is perfect!! Summary: The patio was my favorite place. Fire pit was awesome and location was so convenient. Stayed in one bedroom... Inside was clean and modern, but a little small for our family of four.

Summary: This was second time we stayed at this condo complex. Stay was perfect both times. It is modern, clean with everything functional and easy to understand instructions. Loved the patio with the fire pit and the location less than a block away from beautiful beach and lots of choices for hikes/walks near the sea. Very close to cute town of Carpinteria and lots of great restaurant choices.

Summary: Clean, modern and great location. Loved the fire fit and outdoor space. Property came with everything we needed. Space was a bit small for 2 adults and a toddler but that was our error versus what was advertised. Would stay here again!
