Summary: This is the fourth time I have stayed here and it never disappoints. Linda, the property manager was proactive in her communication. This location is a show piece and you will quickly notice that people walking by on their way to the beach, will always be curious as you sit in the front courtyard with the fire pit warming you.

Summary: This is a lovely little condo, exactly as advertised. My husband called it a “Four Seasonette” because they are so well appointed. Spent 10 days, walking to the beach every morn, to shops or coffee every afternoon, and a glass of wine by the fire pit every evening. Property mgr Linda is responsive and delightful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The place was updated and well furnished. The bed was very comfy. It is a bit *cozy* for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bear in mind that the sidewalk in front has a lot of foot traffic - but that was expected and understandable given it is on the main drag on the way to the beach. It was perfect for our little family getaway - we went to the beach everyday, there were plenty of cute restaurants to walk to, and Santa Barbara was an easy 10 min drive away!
