Summary: I've stayed in a number of VRBOs and was very impressed with this property. Was in town for a college graduation and just looking for a "nice" property within driving distance of Santa Barbara. The check in was very easy with your own private entrance and "free" parking across the street. The unit is very nicely renovated and had everything you would need for the stay (towels, kitchen supplies, ironing, laundry, kettle, coffee). Carpinteria was wonderful and some great shops and the ocean in easy walking distance. The owners really take care of this property and it shows. Very highly recommend.

Summary: Studio C was perfect for my wife & me. Super clean and with the right amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. Would highly recommend staying here. Very close to restaurants & shopping. When we go back to Carpinteria … we will definitely stay here.

Summary: The suite was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The full kitchen was spacious. The bed was so luxurious and comfortable. The living area sofa was comfortable, and the two televisions had cable. It was perfect to eat in and relax. It had a blow dryer and offered shower soap and shampoo-thick, soft towels. It was a very quiet and friendly area. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will be back!
