Summary: We checked in a bit late (8 pm) in off season. The gentleman was friendly and informative. The room was comfortable. The free breakfast was horrible. I didn’t eat it. The pics on website might have been what is served during peak months but definitely not what we saw.

Summary: Convenient and quiet motel that was great for accessing Bryce Canyon. Our host gave great recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast.

Summary: If you’re looking for excellence, look elsewhere. This is a good location, rooms were clean, but it is a dated facility with bandaids put on to cover bigger issues. Like mirrors too low for those taller that 5-8”, old dressers, and odd lighting. The breakfast was at a restaurant owned by the hotel and gave the same feeling. Ok but not excellence in service or quality. 5 - 6 out of 10

Summary: This is not a resort. It is a motel, with standard motel preprepared small buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the edge of the property. It does have a heated pool. However there are no additional services to justify the additional resort fee that is not included in your purchase price. It's old but well kept, good pillows, beds are just okay. Could use a good deep clean and paint job, and a better breakfast.
