Positive: Dinner was amazing and reasonably priced, and the rooms were very nice. It was also very affordable and in my opinion is a great value relative to some of the other options available in Valbona. The hosts were also brilliant and very friendly. We encountered some poor weather hiking in October (rolled the dice on shoulder season) and were unable to continue our planned route to Vusanje. We decided to hike back to Theth the next day and they drove us through the road section of the hike free of charge saving us an hour or two of hiking on asphalt

Positive: This was a great way to end our big hike from Theth. It’s a modern hotel with nice big rooms, comfy huge beds and a decent restaurant. The shower worked well as did Netflix which was nice after a long day!

Negative: There seemed to be an issue with the electrical work in our room- I was almost electrocuted 3 separate times, twice from power outlets and once from the led lights in the bathroom.

Summary: Lovely modern hotel - but some electrical issues

Positive: The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing. I asked one of the waiters if they had blankets as my legs were getting cold and instead he just took of his jacket and gave it to me. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend

Positive: The staff was very communicative and had a great attitude. The hotel was clean, organized, and offered a comfortable environment overall. The bed was especially cozy, and the food was good, making the stay pleasant and relaxing in many ways.

Negative: One major downside was the high-volume music played in the garden area, which continued until midnight. When visiting such a place, you'd expect peace and a connection with nature — not loud music that disturbs both rest and conversation. A more relaxed background music would be better suited for the ambiance. Additionally, the service was a bit slow — from taking and delivering orders to processing the bill. It often required following up several times. However, this seemed to be due to the size of the venue rather than poor staff behavior.
