Summary: Check in was seamless. Secure building. Modern, clean, and well-appointed. Centrally located and close to airport. Beds were comfortable. Good restaurants nearby. But the train blowing its horn nearby was a bit of an annoyance.

Summary: In DSM for a short visit in summertime to hit the fair and see Family and friends. Enjoyed the location very much, the proximity to downtown, the wonderful pizza Tavern across the street, the amenities, including the gym upstairs and patio on the fourth floor. The loft was exceptionally clean and included laundry facilities inside the space. Excellent quality, bedding and linens. The owner was, very responsive with questions. Check in and check out processes were very simple. Would definitely rent again if I was in need of a place in Des Moines.
