Positive: Great staff and hotel. Decent restaurant. Good location. I would stay here again.

Negative: WIFI was flaky. I had to call front desk a few times. I understand this is new technology there but it needs improvement. I told them what they needed to do. Also WIFI was unsecured NOT good as they could be hacked. I do tech work in Silicon Valley for a living so I have a bit of a clue ;) I paid cash rather than risk my credit card being hacked. Other hotels around them had the same issues. So it wasn't just a "them" issue. Price was cheap enough for a 4 days and ATM not far so no bother. I would stay here again though =)

Positive: The place connectivity is too good. The amenities are what you would expect in a hotel room. We had a little snafu with complimentary breakfast but the staff was kind enough to just let us enjoy the perks. They were really courteous and made sure things were arranged for us within minutes.

Negative: I like that the resort assigns you a trip coordinator who will manage all your travel. I think the people they hire are a bit of the mindset to mint money. So just a tip: please do your own research before coming here or else you'll end up spending a lot of money unnecessarily. But even so they did take care of us and kept our travel pretty sorted. The coordinators are nice but you have to say no whenever you think it's just exorbitantly expensive and you don't want a certain experience.

Positive: We stayed here for 2 days & had a great time. Staff were so polite & helpful in arranging our needs. Praveen was so generous & helped in planning our itinerary for 2 days (arranged rental bike, candle light dinner, scuba diving, water sports at Elephant Beach & Kayaking with concessions). Kudos to him, he always respects the guests & quest for their wellbeing & good time in Havelock. 👍🏼😍 Food was served hot & tasty. 😋

Positive: The staff were really nice. Especially, Praveen. He is ready to help you any time. Room was good. Everything could be booked from the reception like scooty, pick-up and drop-off services. Everything was great.

Negative: AC kept switching off because of voltage issues but this was resolved when I called at the reception. I thought it was a Beachfront resort but it wasn't. So it was my mistake; can't blame them..
