Negative: A few things to consider: (1) Building a signpost to the property entrance at the detour from the main village road (2) Construction of a cement road for two wheeler access (3) Lighting to be fixed at the entrance of the villa

Positive: A beautifully done property that feels calm and thoughtfully put together. The plants add so much character and warmth to the space, and the overall quiet makes it ideal for someone looking to slow down and have some time to themselves. Everything feels intentional yet simple. Special mention to Nikhil, the staff at the stay, always a call away and very helpful throughout our short stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-designed retreat. (PS I Dont really leave reviews but its a new property and deserves more attention!!)

Negative: I wasn’t told that one night wouldn’t be enough. This is the kind of place that deserves more time to truly unwind and rejuvenate, and I wish I had planned a longer stay.

Negative: It was my birthday and our anniversary- I was surprised there Wasn’t a bottle of wine- a breakfast, a meal, etc. the man working On the property couldn’t grab us food also it was a 600 rupee charge for Food delivery. Internet and power and air conditioning off often.

Positive: Had gone with Family, our stay in Villa Anantya was nothing short of spectacular. The infinity pool overlooking the lush jungle and a freshwater pond was breathtaking. Inside, high ceilings and large windows filled the villa with natural light, blending modern architecture with earthy elegance. We loved the peaceful ambiance—a perfect escape from busy life. We spent our day enjoying Radhanagar beach and then returned to the villa to unwind in total peace.

Positive: On arrival we were totally wowed! This is so luxury! It’s so well designed and feels like you’re living the dream. The staff that we became so fond of are Rosie, Moi, and Kimy They were so perfect for us. They worked out what we needed and how much we needed looking after and left us alone to enjoy our own space too. They made us food that was so delicious and gave us so much information. You need to have transport, a scooty is best as it’s a little away from beaches and restaurants and this is part of the magic of this totally beautiful indoor out door house. We loved the sound of the nature in the evening as we watched outdoor TV with subtitles as they were so loud . You will feel like you are in the jungle in a luxury house! It’s magical !!!
