Summary: Requested housekeeping and it did not come. Requested additional towels and it took until the next morning when I asked a second time. Value is there, but the new ownership seems to be less attentive

Summary: Enjoyed staying at this quaint hotel during our visit to Santa Barbara. The facility is nice and tastefully decorated. The service could be better (we got locked out of our safe and it took 4-5 tries of contacting the front desk and talking to them in person so send someone to fix it). Overall a reasonable hotel though.
