We're located 5 minutes from Drake University and just off of I-235 for quick access to downtown or other locations in the city! We're in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Our home has some original features mixed with modern upgrades & design elements. This 2 bed/1 bath retreat is perfect for short stays, family stays, or long term guests.

Summary: This is the second time in a year that my family and I have stayed here. It is only 3 blocks from my son and his family. We neighborhood is very nice. There was no internet for the 7 days we were there. The couch was also broken. I noticed the cleaning was not up to what it had been in the past. Granted they had had a messy party leave just before us. If they fix the internet and cleaning, with a new couch, we will likely stay there again.
