Summary: What I loved was the amazing beachfront view in a lush tropical setting with a beautiful pool and firepit area. The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable for 5-6 people. What I didn’t love was no WiFi (or TVs) for the whole stay - a challenge during a tropical storm with Olympics on the agenda for our family reunion and anniversary. The support group (robots?) kept telling us to look all around the unit for the router. After days of looking, we learned it lives in the unit on the top floor - something they should have known without frustrating us. The home could use a little TLC: we had a broken shower head, wobbly door knobs and really bright glaring overhead lights that could be easily fixed. NO HAIR DRYERS, tissues, oven mitts or soap to wash the beach towels as instructed. Overall it was an OK stay for a tropical storm weekend, however I expect more from a property of this rate level.

Summary: Beautiful location right on the beach and the pool was more refreshing than the ocean- which was nice and it was super clean. They asked if they should bring one and we said yes- we didn't have time to go to the store until the last day! This was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING....AND NO POT HOLDERS- HAD TO USE A TOWEL. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE ARE SOME FOR THE NEXT GUEST! Basic supplies are a must and we have NEVER had this happen before. Reviews warned us about hearing footsteps above! It was horrible at times- especially at night. But we knew this ahead of time.

Summary: We loved our stay at On the Rocks. We booked units 1 and 2 for a family vacation and were so happy with our experience. Most of our basic needs were met within the house (coffee pot, pans, dishes) and anything that we needed to pick up was easy to do with a CVS in walking distance and a Publix nearby. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was incredible. It was great to not worry about bringing linens or bath towels. The location could not be beat with the pool and beach right outside and some fun bars and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. The only note I made to the owner was to check the status of the grill. We bought burgers and ended up making them inside on the stove and the grill wasn’t in great shape. With that being said, we will be back! So happy to have found this awesome property.

Summary: This is a great rental for families. We have 3 kids under the age of 5 and this was a great location and home for our needs. The only drawback was that the internet connection was out for our stay and we did not have a heads up on this problem while we were there.

Summary: We needed a three bedroom on the beach. This condo was perfect for that. The decor was lovely. Unfortunately every light bulb was a very harsh LED bulb, which wasn't very cozy. Sharing beach chairs with two other units didn't work very well. They were mostly half broken anyway, and one group would take all of them for themselves. We rented some, but stored them on our landing so the neighbors wouldn't take them too. Pool was lovely. We enjoyed a meal poolside, enjoying the lovely landscaping. Overall the house had too many issues and broken things for the price. It needs a little more attention, and response to complaints.

Summary: We loved our stay and had the best time!!! Recapping on past reviews, all locks worked and the pool was clean and heated. The view is breathtaking, the beds super comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was super clean which is a high standard for me. The only feature I didn’t care for was the room that’s set up for kids (with bunk) is a room with a balcony and sliding door. If you have small kids you plan to have sleep alone there should really be a safety lock for the littles, this was very uncomfortable for me, being on the other side of the condo and a younger child with special needs, but our younger teens did sleep there and it was good for them. Also loved the top door lock on the front door that was toddler safe as well and made our stay that much more relaxing.

Summary: The house was very nice and in a great location -beautiful beach, on main road and close to many restaurants and bars. House was well decorated, clean and as pictured. Pool area was nice and walkway to beach was perfect. Pool was small and didnt seem heated but was refreshing in April. Jacuzzi was same temp as pool. Patio umbrella was in shambles and some beach chairs were broken. Team replaced 3 chairs a few days later but was too late for our visit. All in all it was a very nice place and I would recommend. Note: no hairdryer. Early checkin could have been provided since it was empty.

Summary: We absolutely loved the vacation and the unit was very nice. The pool was very small and not heated while we were there. If more than one family tried to use pool at one time, it would be too small. Overall though, we greatly enjoyed our stay and loved the IRB area.
