Summary: I rented this home for my adult children and grandchildren in part because it is walking distance to our home and the beach. However they were at our house most of the time so did not get to use the facilities much. They said the beds were fine, which is always really important to me since I have a bad back.

Summary: It was a lovely place, decorated nicely, but unfortunately there was some mold and something yellow on shower curtains in main bath, and had to be laundered and the dryer was full of sheets and towels. There was a missing bulb in the living room lamp that should be replaced.the duvet covers should be washed. Also the garbage was over halfway full and only 3 garbage sacks in the house, some grab bars and slip guards would be handy in the showers. we were manly 70year olds but all in all we had a nice time. Thank you

Summary: It was everything we wanted for a few days away with our daughter and her family. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, steps away from the pool, and a few minutes to the beach. Having the outdoor patio space and nearby playground gave our grandchildren plenty of space to play. Our host Ryan was great and quickly responded to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Very nice and complete house in beautiful setting. Close to the beach and the lovely village of Aptos (shops, restaurants) and St. Cruz and Capitola. We had one request to the owners to which they responded very promptly.

Summary: Loved having a 3 BR/2 Ba for our family of 4 that was a short walk from the beach and to the Seascape shops - fully updated kitchen, comfy king/queen beds, cozy living room with warm fire with a flick of a switch for reading & gaming as it was a rainy, cool weekend - It did clear for a spectacular beach walk and would be even more fun in summer with the pool just outside, BBQ and firepit. Host replied promptly and check in/check out easy/peasy - 5star -we hope to return.
