Summary: I rented this house with my family and parents; 5 adults, 2 kids. Everyone had more than enough space. The listing is completely accurate. The kitchen/living area is super spacious and great for hanging out together. The location to the beach is superb. The outdoor closet and shower was a hugely helpful to store beach gear and rinse kiddos off. Check-in and out was simple and easy. We had everything we needed in this house! Would happily rent again.

Summary: This house is great!. The pictures are accurate. The upper level kitchen and living area is huge and open, plenty of seating. The kitchen is large and easy to navigate. Very large refrigerator. The pictures do show a Kuerig coffee maker, but it is actually a regular coffee maker. The kitchen could use a few more "cereal" sized bowls and a few more regular sized forks. There were a lot of really small forks, similar to seafood forks. The kitchen could also use a few more mixing type bowls. The house is a two minute walk to the beach and the street was very quiet. Love this house!
