We offer our family home for you to enjoy as your own! Gorgeous, modern beach house with all the amenities of home ... located just 1.5 short blocks to the uncrowded South Bethany beach and on a canal with access to the ocean ... unlike anything else you will find at the Delaware shore!
Every space in the house is maximized to accommodate your every need:
- Primary Master Suite includes a comfy new tempurpedic King bed, 50" flatscreen TV and built-in surround sound speakers, and private bathroom with heated floors
- Secondary Master Suite includes a comfy new tempurpedic Queen bed and private bathroom
- 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds
- 5th bedroom with a Double over Double Bunk Bed
- 2 additional full bathrooms + enclosed outdoor shower
- Combination living/dining/kitchen area which is perfect for entertaining
- Fully stocked kitchen with all tools, gadgets and utensils to make the most gourmet of meals (including mixer, blender, Kurig machine, and burr coffee grinder + espresso machine)
- Separate living area with 65" flatscreen TV, built-in surround speakers, and bar area with ice-maker, wine-cooler and beer refrigerator. We also have a brand new, very comfy pull-out sleeper sofa with queen bed
- House has central air-conditioning/heat and all rooms have ceiling fans so you can leave the windows open and enjoy the cool ocean breezes
- 3 separate decks with dining tables, chairs, hammock and professional grade Weber gas grill
- 2 car garage and parking for an additional 3 cars in the driveway

From Memorial Day through Labor Day we generally only accept weekly rentals. Our standard check in is at 4:00pm (or later) with checkout by 10am.

Summary: We had four couples and a baby stay for a late season beach holiday and had a perfect stay! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and it was an easy short walk to the beach. It was a small drive to groceries, restaurants, so we mostly stayed around the house. Would recommend and we hope to stay again!

Summary: This house was amazing and perfect for our family! Communication was great with our host, and they were very accommodating. The house was well taken care of and clean! Great size and plenty of rooms to make it comfortable for the adults, teens, and kids! It’s an easy walk across the street to the beach, and very short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. We were all able to relax and after spending the day at the beach with lots of areas to sit outside and inside. The beds were really comfortable. Having the beer fridge and ice maker made life easy for us! Looking forward to staying here again!

Summary: I was very pleased that Emma had purchased bunk beds for our different gendered teenage grandchildren. The location was ideal. Not a bad walk to the beach even with a 16 month old. We were surprised though at the level of cleanliness. For example, there was quite a bit of visible pet hair throughout the house considering it was not a pet friendly listing.

Summary: The house was beautiful and everything was exactly as described. Plenty of space for six adults and four kids. The house was a short easy walk to a beautiful beach and the downtown area was a quick drive. They had lots of beach gear there to use including a beach caddy which was SO helpful. Everyone in the neighborhood was super nice and made you feel at home. The only thing I would suggest is to bring some temporary blackout shades if you don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here at Bethany Beach. The house was exactly as described and pictured, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with supplies which made cooking rather than ordering out very convenient! The decks and patio were perfect for sitting in the evenings. The beach was a very short walk away, easy enough even with two babies and a toddler. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and communicate with- they quickly responded to our questions. I’ve stayed in several locations in Bethany Beach and this house by far is my favorite! We can’t wait to book again!

Summary: This was a gorgeous house, definitely more so than was captured in the listing photos. The location was super convenient to the beach (an easy walk), and the setting on the canal, with kayaks available, was lovely. The house was clean and beautifully furnished, and has a great outdoor shower. The kitchen was fantastic, as was the gas grill. The hammock on the second floor deck was a family favorite to read and catch a nap after a day on the beach. The hosts were super responsive to all of our questions and we had a super smooth trip all around. We can't wait to go back!

Summary: This is house is gorgeous - better than we had imagined. It is super spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation rental home.
