Positive: Absolutely lovely location. The screened in porch is fantastic to spend the evening on. The house is spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating.

Negative: First off, so many bugs. The house could do with better pest control. Second, the bedding in the master bed was stained. There was only hand soap at 1 of the 3 sinks on the property. Typing in a 10 digit code to enter the house every single time is very annoying.

Positive: The atmosphere in the house is great. It is lovely once inside the house. We loved the big windows and the closed deck. The beds were comfortable. The setup has allowed us to sit together as well has quiet place for individuals. Being able to use the kayaks was a plus.

Negative: It was hard to find the house in the dark. There is no light by the house number, nor one by the door, so it was hard to open the main door when we got there. It is difficult to park the car, due to some outgrown bushes. Only one of the kayaks had a back sit. Would have been helpful to have a one page of instructions once you are in the house, so i don't need to look up for house rules in my emails. And it would also help locating the beach parking on time.
