Summary: Really nice property. Tons of dishes and cooking equipment. Lovely patio looks at water. We had an age range from 8 to 80. There's a spiral staircase so it wouldn't be good for anyone with limited mobility..

Summary: The house situated across the highway, a short walk to the beach, makes it a perfect location for the beach vacation but this home is clearly “just a rental”. Cluttered, aged, jam-packed with older furnishings to the point it’s hard to navigate or congregate. The house was advertised as 8 bedrooms but there are only 7 bedrooms. The second floor den and first floor nook sleeper sofas are a plus but it is sleeping in the common areas. The spiral staircase in the middle of the leaving area is not safe for the kids or elderly people. The duct-taped and freshly painted (without warning sign) staircase rails did not make navigating the stairs any more comfortable. The house rules should be provided before booking is made. Washing even 7 sets of bedsheets and towels takes half day of your vacation due to the washing machine quitting periodically. Family and friends made the weekend vacation – as always. Very liked the outdoor patio – where we found the space to gather, unlike inside the home. But overall, this property unfortunately was nothing special.

Summary: Great location, well stocked, convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, a wonderful trip. We would stay again. A few minor things we noted: Table and some chairs downstairs in need of repair/replacement. Handrail on spiral staircase doesn't seem sturdy, especially towards the lower end. Downstairs curtain rod attached to wall via duct tape.

Summary: It’s a large dated home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms reasonably priced in a great location. The owner, Nancie, was very responsive and even offered to go above and beyond what was offered with the rental. It met our family’s every need.

Summary: The house was perfect. Roomy , cozy and very clean . It was a perfect ambience for our first family vacation since my husband’s near death stroke 2 yrs ago. The beach was as described one block away , beautiful and peaceful. My children, their spouses, grandchildren brother in law and sister had a blast. There are so many places and activities nearby for all ages . We are looking forward to going back next year.Our host responded so promptly to any questions we had. Awesome house , awesome host. The house was fully supplied with all daily necessities and more.

Summary: This is a large dated home but in an amazing location with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The owner is very reachable and responsive. Downside is the spiral staircase in middle of house but great to have two kitchens. Air conditioning is wonderful; water pressure very good. We’ve had two wonderful stays at this property for our very large family

Conveniently located. Just one block from the beach. Also boat docking behind home. Easy access to the bay.
