Positive: We liked everything! New and comfy hotel with pretty interior, large rooms and heated pools even at the end of November. Staff was very friendly and everything (including the beach) clean.

Negative: The beach is quite far but walkable distance, Side old town is a taxi drive away (10eur one way)

Summary: Super hotel, would like to come back!

Positive: All was great! We stayed on the very end of November, but the hotel run all services in full till the end of the season. Evening shows, all bars and snacks, everything was working. Food quality and selection was great, we had grilled salmon and tender stewed lamb a few times a week and beach area had great service. And Idk why it is not listed on Booking, but hotel provide a night buffet with great food selection for all people who arrive late. My parents had a long trip and arrived at night, it was a big relief to have such a buffet. The hotel should put that info into booking details as I beliave a lot of people check in advance if they know they have a late flight. P.S. room was fantastic!

Negative: Would be really great if pools are heated better, it was really hard to get into. Hard to get the Cinema schedule, you are offered to download the hotel app, but no movies are present there. But hotel actually run them at 3pm. To learn that my mom checked the Film door a few times during the day and finnaly got it! Would be really great to have all the activities and movies listed in paper for older folks can read.

Summary: Fantastic holiday, highly recommended!

Positive: I had to make two separate bookings as my wife arrived half way through the week, so I provided more details in the other review that you can no doubt see near to this one.

Negative: Nothing to add here. I suppose the walk to the beach could have been nicer as one day my son got chased by some dogs, but that's not really something the hotel can do anything about.

Summary: Exceptionally enjoyable for a family holiday.

Positive: Room great, food selection good, overall presentation of the hotel was good. Left hand side of the hotel appears to have a little more care and attention and more facilities than the right hand side. Loved the roof top terrace, good facilities for families and great entertainment. Quality of drinks was good.

Negative: Staff whilst professional are a little cold. Maybe due to lateness of the season and tiredness but not many smiles, attempts to engage customers which is particularly important when serving solo travellers. Road noise a bit of an issue and safety of the road to the beach as traffic was speeding. An over road walk way would be great and it could service more than one hotel. Evening meal closes too early (all packed up by 9.00pm). Should be last seating at 930. Cannot understand why you have to book the snack bar area in the right hand side of the hotel in the evening when you don't have to in the day. Only short order food. No-one explained what ultra AI was or if it could be purchased. Info was sadly lacking about the hotel, most people don't want to download an app on holiday to find out what is going on. You should be able to pay cash in the shops not apply to charge card.

Summary: Enjoyed it and would return. Even better if some small changes are made.

Negative: We booked through yourselves and were under the impression we were getting a good deal. We paid over 4000 pounds for two people for two weeks and we’re on a half board tariff. We were told under these terms we could have breakfast and evening meal no soft drinks no alcohol and could not go to the à la carte restaurant unless we paid an additional price we felt we would’ve been better doing a Packet tour with jet two, which was more than half the price. and we’ve been treated much better as far as food and drinks were concerned. I think it has taught us a lesson not to do it the way we did it paying for the hotel and booking additional flights. We were very disappointed with the price we paid and the service we got.

Summary: Beautiful weather the hotel we felt was not five star and felt very disappointed with the price that we paid.

Positive: Room was very nice and clean, comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool is amazing, slides are so much fun. There was always enough sunbeds next to the pool. Food and drinks were great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was interesting every night. The kids loved the foam party! 🤩

Negative: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, too big.

Positive: Everything about this hotel is outstanding for the price point! The whole complex is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds. The large pillows are especially comfortable and supportive - where do you get these from? We had some of the best nights' sleep ever. Bathrobes, microwave, toaster on demand, coffee machine already in the room with complementary capsules. Mini bar restocked daily. Room thoroughly cleaned daily. Couldn't ask for more. The pool areas and grounds are pristine and well-kept. Plenty of beds around the pool and we saw no struggles to get one. Everything is well-organised including the shuttle to and from the beach, complementary beach bag, beach towels that can be exchanged twice a day at the spa and restaurants and bars that work like a well-oiled machine. The food choices are out of this world. Varied and freshly-prepared for each meal. We didn't take advantage of the à la carte once every three days - one, because there is a queue each morning to book the few places on offer, and two, we enjoyed and preferred the variety of food at the buffet. There is food everywhere 24/7, including the night buffet until 7am, which is a godsend for hungry late arrivals. The drinks are a healthy mix of local and branded ones and the bar staff go over and above to prepare any drink you ask for. Also at the beach, the food and drinks are plentiful, served with a smile and included in the price. Plenty of beds at the beach, too. The spa offers a Turkish bath and massages and, while we can't vouch for the authenticity and have had better massages, our visit here was a relaxing treat, if a little overpriced. The staff truly make this place what it is. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. Special shout out to Güneş and her excellent service in the bars!

Negative: The only thing to mention here is the hairdressing salon, which is not part of the hotel, but is situated there. The guy there has no clue how to cut women's hair (he's a Turkish barber) and the girl no idea on doing eyebrows. To be fair, there was no charge for the mess up they made, but it did ruin a day of our holiday rather than being a special treat. It would be worth the hotel thinking of partnering with someone who can offer something that reflects the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel and services.

Positive: Firstly the staff are remarkable. From reception to dining to the house keeping everyone was polite and very helpful. The resort is clean and the pool areas well kept. We enjoyed the buffet offerings especially on Turkish night. The evening shows were excellent. There was a good supply of sun loungers so there was no need to rush down in the morning. There were a good amount of activities available and again very great staff, especially the Yasar on reception, the archery and polo instructor and Abdullah on the coffee bar. The rooms were some of the best we have stayed in, spacious and with a nice balcony. This is an excellent hotel for families, a really nice relaxed vibe.

Negative: To note, the hotel is in two buildings but both have pools. The selection from the a la carte could be more diverse. The hotel is beside a busy road but access to the beach is via a shuttle bus.
