Positive: It was ok , I had the front view on floor 4 , beautiful lots of family activity

Negative: it was very noisy at night and my mattress was not comfortable , I could feel the spring popping out. I like bacon , prime rib and good steaks but none of that was available in the food bar.. Food was not that great , processed sausages and always the same menu… I was getting omelettes in the morning but had to tell the lady i did want that poison oil she used to cooked so I brought butter for her , Her pans were worn out , leaking chemicals on high heat . For me juices and processed food are not good , so i paid money for nothing plus I do not drink alcohol . The tours were also not good , I went in the mountain to see the cave but halfway going there they said it was closed … totally not impressed just like the green canyon was a joke

Positive: Lovely, well maintained property where everything is conveniently located. People are very hospitable and helpful and there is a sense of tradition with regular tourists coming back. It is our second time at this beautiful hotel and I am sure we will be coming back in the future

Negative: Everything was lovely. Despite the fact that it is not the newest resort, it is well maintained and everyone is welcoming and sincere

Positive: Food, activities for children and families, cleanness of the rooms, hotel environment/landscape, children pools, size of the room, price-performance family hotel, not a couple hotel without kids

Negative: Not very clean common toilets around sea/pools and inside the hotel, old furnitures doors in the rooms and common areas. Hotel needs some investment and improvement. Some stuff behaviors were not very friendly, they could be more smiling and also enjoying what they are doing.

Positive: The F&B chef was accommodating to dietary requirements, the guest services staff were helpful in dealing with Turkish airlines regarding my lost luggage and lent me a charger, the sheesha and moped hire owner was very helpful. Female hair stylist was great, Grilled olives were memorably delicious.

Negative: nail technician not good, nails started chipping the next day and hurt fingernails by over drilling. Prices were inconsistent and higher than later advertised. Waitress pretended to not understand English for drinks order. Octoberfest was well done. Front desk staff on last day were not pleasant to deal with when trying to sort out airport transfer which had not showed up, follow through was not good. Complimentary toiletries not fully restocked. Pool towel had bad stench.
