Positive: We stayed 4 nights in Megasaray. The buffet food exceeded our expectations and was delicious, offering both Turkish and international options. The staff was nice and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and spacious. The live music in the evening was nice and well-organized, bringing the whole hotel together to party (until 23.00). The beach was very close (a 5-minute walk) with the option to have drinks and food there (fantastic). A big thank you to Aizhan from the Guest Relations office with helping us out with any issues or enquiries!

Negative: The spa area could be improved. The temperature is not high enough, and no water to pour on the stones. Felt a bit forgotten (which is fine if you are there for the beach). The gym area is great though, offering good equipment and space.

Summary: Nice staff, good location, tasty food and comfortable room.

Negative: The rooms which are facing same side as restaurant has smell of food if you keep the door open. Food in the restaurant is same every day.

Positive: The hotel’s design is very nice and modern, I like the interior of the inside space very much. The location is good, near the lake, and you can jogging in the mornings around. The staff at the reception and cleaning personal are nice and professional. The swimming pools are big enough and clean.

Negative: The personal in restaurant ( not waiters) seems often a bit tired, not enjoying their work at all, which makes feeling some inconvenience. It ‘s difficult to get folks and knifes again, if they were being taken away. The food assortment is good, it could be more fruits. The beach is too small for such a big hotel, the places on the beach are too close. The restaurant on the beach is very nice, you can have there good quality a-lacarte. The music is a bit annoying during the day, it could play not so loudly.

Positive: We like all the equipment about swim very much!the food is amazing !everyday is different food which is not bored even we stay over 10 days!one more thing about photography,I spend big money on it but we got great pictures!thanks for the qualification photographer!they are so patient and even some misunderstanding but they try them best to sort out which is great!i think we will definitely come back!

Positive: That was our 2nd Visit to Megasaray Resort Side, this time we were with our whole family. It was renewed and everything was beautiful. Very good for the price. The food and service were also great. The Receptionist Girl Mine was very polite and helpful, also she recognised us from last year and she upgraded our room to sea view, it was surprising. We really love the Hotel and accommodation, we’ll come to this hotel next year again!!!

Positive: Very good hotel. All clean, food is very delicious and very wide choice. A lot of fruits. Sea is 7 minutes walk, very nice and warm. A lot of bars and restaurants everywhere. Room is cleaned every day. All was pretty good. I can recommend the hotel.
