Positive: Rooms were lovely , cleaned every day staff were very polite

Negative: You had to pay for certain things even though it was all inclusive like ice creams for kids and the shop on site was very very very expensive. Didn’t have any prices on so think they charged what they liked . Apparently it doesn’t belong to the hotel think it lets the hotel down

Summary: Don’t think I’d go bk to hotel

Positive: Modern room, the food was amazing, big respect for the chefs of the hotel. Helpful reception staff. Different activities, nice pool, friendly staff. Me and my husband had a salsa dancing lesson with Mariana and Archery lesson with Ali.

Negative: I booked a room with one single double bed, but I got 2 single beds! The reception tried to solve the problem but it was solved after one day. The beach is artificially sandy, when you swim it is small stoned and it goes deeper very fast.

Summary: I would like to come back with my big family

Positive: Everything about the hotel, pool was great. Proximity to beach. For such a large area there was always food or drink within reach.

Negative: I think the rooms especially the bathrooms could do with rennovation. Shower door was very hard to open and close. Fan noise never stopped.

Summary: Really enjoyable, would consider returning if flights improved.
