Positive: The property is set within the backwaters of Kumarakom, Its such a beautiful view the only downside was heavy rains due to this majority of the activities had to be cancelled however the staff at backwaters made sure there was alternative activities available for the guests. Karthika a waiting staff at the restaurant in backwaters is an asset to the resort, she made sure our 5 month old baby was looked after well and made sure that our health and wellbeing was looked after throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
