Negative: Everything appeared picture perfect - no complaints. The backwater boat ride was purposefully avoided and most guests from the North India were highly irritated about this cancellation of boat ride (there appeared to be no reason that is should have been postponed)

Positive: All front desk staff and housekeeping staff was very friendly and cooperative. Special thanks to Deepa madam for arranging birthday cake and decoration in a short time period. Chef had made wonderful cake that was too delicious and presentation was impressive. Thanks to Sindhu madam for providing information about beautiful Malarikkal tourist place. Food and breakfast was very delicious.
