Positive: Very beautiful place. The family is really welcoming and kind. They organised a boat ride and breakfast for me. Also the view from the balcony is directly on the backwaters where you can see kingfisher and other birds. Very beautiful. The room is very comfortable. Also the dog is super cute and was always ready for a cuddle. Definitely would stay again if i come back

Positive: I love how nice this place is. It's inside a quiet village just next to the canal. This was really like living in a friend's place. They offered me food. Gave me his bike to travel inside the village. Very comfortable stay.

Positive: It's a very comfortable stay with 2 rooms on the first floor of a house where the family of Mother and 2 children lives downstairs. They were very polite and helpful. Excellent for solo travellers on two wheelers Facility to park 2 cars in front of the property is there.600 metres from main road to the property is a narrow strip,but can be traversed as there are not much vehicles at a particular point of time.Mr.Abhin & Mr.Allan are running the show with small grocery and bakery in front of the house and owns a boat for sightseeing also. Mrs.Mini their mother is a panchayath member and gracefully serves the morning breakfast ( Puttu & Kadala/ Appam & curry) Worth for the money spent.

Negative: Narrow approach to the property from main road as I am not an expert driver

Positive: We had the most wonderful stay at BirdScapes Homestay. We were warmly welcomed by Abin and his family, who cooked great meals for us and took us on boat trips. The room is very confortable and has a nice view on the backwaters. We are grateful to have had the chance to stay here for two nights and strongly recommend!
